Villa Le Terme

The villa (340 square metres) is laid out on two floors, and can sleep 13 people. It has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious, well lit, airy and perfect for a comfortable holiday.

Ground Floor

The ground floor consists of various open areas which join up the rooms themselves without dividing them and the windows and the skylights create a luminous atmosphere dominated by light colours like white, brown and beige. The open space on the ground floor is divided into a dining area, a modern and well equipped kitchen (stove, bar with fridge and icemaker , comfortable divan and satellite tv). Still on the same floor there is a spa area with indoor heated hydromassage (3,80 mt. X 2,5 mt x 1mt depth) a sauna (4mq),turkish bath 4mq. 2 heated relax beds and a beautiful view onto the outside area. 2 changing rooms with WC and showers and a bathroom with WC, basin which can be used also by handicapped/eldery people near to the lounge room. The perfect place for relaxing after a day spent touring the surrounding towns and the beauties of Tuscany. Then, one bedroom (also handicap accessible) with double bed, flat satellite TV, ensuite bathroom (with shower and handicap access) plus private access to the garden. At the ground floor there is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and a clothes line

First Floor

A staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find 4 double bedrooms in a refined and minimalistic design, all with private bathroom with shower, satellite TV. Three of the bedrooms also have a single bed. Finally, there is a gym room (flat bench, barbells with weights, dumbbells, pull-up bar, TRX, anklets weights, sliders) with TV. This area is only reachable by a lift from the spa.
