Villa Serratone

The interior of the villa is made up of contemporary style mixed with the traditional Tuscan style. Spacious and independent , the villa has an original and welcoming design, simple but sophisticated. Unattached, there is the annex which was originally a grain warehouse and which now has been transformed into a fantastic spa with gym, a turkish bath, and massage room. 

Ground Floor 

On the ground floor there is a large livingroom with cosy reading area, a sunlit diningroom, a well equipped kitchen, a billiard room, a TV area with home-theatre, a double bedroom and bathroom with a bath. 

First Floor 

On the upper floor there are nine bedrooms, spacious and with private bathrooms, mostly with bath and shower. There is air conditioning in all areas of the villa.

Olive green and Bordeaux textiles. Queen size bed with en suite bathroom with double sink, shower and separate bathtub. WC and bidet. Corner Bedroom with three large bedrooms with view of the pool, stables and Pia’s Castle. Ample Closet Space.

Biege Room Oversized Twin Beds with en suite bathroom with shower only, no tub. Single sink. WC and bidet. Ample closet space 

Bedroom 3

Periwinkle and Yellow smaller room appropriate for children. Corner bedroom with 3 large windows. Views of stables, Pia’s Castle and the drive. EN suite bathroom with shower, single sink WC and bidet. Smaller closet space 

Bedroom 4

Grey room. Views of the drive, silo and stables. En suite bathroom with shower, single sink. WC and bidet. Ample closet space 

Bedroom 5

Master Suite- Bright Lime Green and sky blue textiles- Queen size bed- Corner bedroom with rooftop access and spectacular views of the far off hilltown of Roccastrada, Scarlino. Views of the silo spa, pool and La Vigna. En Suite bathroom spacious with separate tub, oversized shower space and WC and bidet. The bathroom is decoratively painted with brown and beige stripes. Comfortable seating. Ample closet space 

Bedroom 6

Master Suite. Biege and orange textiles. Largest bedroom with King size bed. Stunning views of the distant villages of Scarlino and Roccastrada, the silo spa, and the properties vast acreage. En suite bathroom with separate tub, shower, double sinks, WC and bidet. Ample closet space. Gorgeous writing desk and comfortable seating
